Report means the paid digital product: a personalized analysis of the User's scroll pattern based on the User's quiz answers.
Quiz means the free diagnostic test consisting of 25 questions. Its output is a scroll pattern with basic interpretation.
The Service provides: (a) the free diagnostic quiz and its basic result, (b) the paid Report priced at $29 (inclusive of any applicable taxes), with one-time, lifetime access, no subscription.
The Service is educational and informational. It does not replace clinical diagnosis or psychological care. If you experience symptoms of behavioral addiction, depression, or anxiety, please consult a specialist.
Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). The Service does not store payment card data.
After payment is confirmed, the User receives an email with a unique link to the Report. The link works indefinitely on any device.
Access to the Report is personal. The link should not be shared with third parties.
We offer a 14-day refund on the Report. If the Report doesn't help you understand your scroll pattern, email support@dopatype.com from the email address used for the purchase. We process refunds through Stripe within 24 hours. No forms to fill.
This voluntary refund policy goes beyond the statutory minimum under article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, which normally allows sellers to disable the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately. We waive that protection and give you a full 14 days to decide.
Complaints can be filed by email to support@dopatype.com. We respond within 14 calendar days.
For valid complaints (e.g. Report unavailable due to a fault on our side), we issue a full refund of the purchase amount.
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act, and where applicable, EU consumer-protection regulations.
