Privacy Policy

The controller of your personal data is Dawid Szmajduch, operator of dopatype.com. Contact: support@dopatype.com.

Quiz (free): only your answers to the 25 questions. We don't collect your name, email, or any other identifying data. Data is stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) and is cleared when you close it.

Buying the Report (paid): to deliver Report access we need:

• your email address (entered into Stripe's form),
• your quiz answers (to generate the Report),
• your Stripe transaction ID (to verify the payment).

We don't collect: name and surname, phone number, home address, or payment card data (Stripe handles those).

Advertising measurement: if you arrive from an ad and when you start checkout, we process your IP address, browser user-agent, and advertising cookie identifiers (such as Meta's _fbp / _fbc) to measure ad conversions. See „Cookies and tracking” below.

We process your data on the following grounds:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: contract performance (delivering the Report, handling the purchase);
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: legal obligation (issuing an invoice, retention for accounting);
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest (protecting the Service from abuse);
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising — you can object at any time through your browser and ad-personalization settings.

Your data may be shared with the following processors:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), payment processing;
• Resend, Inc. (USA), email delivery for Report access. Data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC);
• Amazon Web Services, Inc. (EU region), service hosting;
• Neon, Inc. (EU region), database.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland), advertising-conversion measurement. For purchases that originate from our ads we share a hashed (irreversible) version of your email, your IP address, browser user-agent, and Meta cookie identifiers, so we can measure which ads work. Data may be processed in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

We don't sell your data. Other than the advertising-conversion measurement with Meta described above, we don't share your data with third parties for marketing. You can limit ad measurement through your browser settings, an ad blocker, and your Meta and device ad-personalization settings.

Data related to the Report purchase is kept for 6 years (accounting obligations). The Report itself (answers plus result) can be deleted earlier on request. See „Your rights”.

Regarding data processing, you have the right to:

• access your data,
• rectify your data,
• erasure („right to be forgotten”),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: President of UODO).

To delete your data, email support@dopatype.com from the address you used to pay. We delete data within 7 days (except for accounting data, which we are legally required to retain for 6 years).

Essential: technical storage needed to run the Service (sessionStorage that holds your quiz answers).

Advertising and analytics: we use advertising and analytics tools — including the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API — to measure ad conversions and improve our campaigns. These may set cookies such as _fbp / _fbc and send the data described in „Who we share data with”. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and manage ad personalization in your Meta and device settings.
